2. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account using email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to hack the App
- Reverse engineer or copy the App
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Upload false, harmful, or misleading content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of CalFast may require a paid subscription.
- Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- Trial periods, if offered, expire automatically
- Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
5. Health and AI Disclaimer
All calorie estimates, macronutrient values, and insights are approximations. AI analysis may not be fully accurate.
You acknowledge that you use the App and its insights at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, logos, designs, and features are the property of CalFast.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
CalFast is provided "as is" and "as available."
We are not responsible for:
- Inaccurate food or nutrition data
- Health outcomes or decisions
- Data loss or service interruptions
- Damages resulting from use of the App
Use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Termination
You may stop using CalFast at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
